Collection at MundoDorantes facilities You can pick up your lots at our facilities in Lebrija (Seville), once you have been informed by email that the lots are available. You can check our address and the schedule of our collection calendar on our CONTACT section.
Delivery by Transport Agency:
If the delivery address is in the Iberian peninsula or in one of the countries indicated in our shipping table, the shipping costs will be automatically added to the sales invoice, these are automatically calculated according to the weight table.(SEE SHIPPING TABLE)
If the delivery address is not in the Iberian Peninsula or in our table of countries, MundoDorantes will send your order in the days following the purchase, with an estimate for settlement with the costs of transport and packaging
Collection of lots by your private carrier:
You can use your own means of transport or hire the one of your choice directly. In this case, only, the packaging would be charged if it were necessary.
Vintage black top hat Top hat with signed “C.A. DUNN & Co. L.D. ” size 55.
Dunn & Co. was founded in 1887 by George Arthur Dunn who started selling hats on the streets of Birmingham. Forty years later he had two hundred hat stores and the same number of franchises in other stores. These gradually developed into a series of High Street stores specializing in formal wear, especially flannel suits, jackets and sports jackets.
19th century cane in noble wood with ivory handle and brass cap. Carved with marine motifs. The figure of Lord Nelson and other decorations. Includes the inscription of “LORD NELSON, 1758-1805” and “HMS VICTORY”. Very good condition.
Single whiip with silver caps / Signed by “ Callw and Son”
Vintage trunk whip , made of holly (common known as rose bush), with rabbit bite between the handle and the stick , with leather handle and sharp silver cap, one with a inscription “D.H.R. Wingfield”. L = 1,85 meters and white lash from kangaroo leather with a 0,83 meter goose feather interior and braided with linen. Signed by “ CALLOW & SONS, PARLANE LONDON”, with the wear and tear of the passage of time. Signed by “ CALLOW & SON, PARKLANE LONDON” Mr. Callow was a famous horse riding whip manufacturer in Park Lane, London, who made whips of the highest quality and caliber. Callow & Son, made a whip for Princess Alexandra, wife of King Edward VII, known as an incredible rider. As a thank you to that whip, Callow & Son, you received a letter of congratulations from the royal house and signed by Admiral Sir FT Hamilon, which says: “Mr. Callow The whip has given great satisfaction and has been greatly admired. The princess was delighted and I think she’s the prettiest I’ve ever seen. The proportions were fine, and the length was correct. Square hat in cowel leather, leather lid with brass sewn buckle on metal lock with signature “SECURE LEVER”, functional latch closure and non-existing locking key, burgundy silk top interior and pork leather case. Handle. The hatbox is signed by “LOCK & Co, ST. JAMES ST.” Lock & Co. is the oldest hat shop in the world, the 34th oldest family business in the world and holds a royal order. Its shop has been located on 6 St James’s Street since 1765. The company was founded in 1676 by Robert Davis. His son Charles continued the business and took James Lock (1731–1806) as an apprentice in 1747. James later married Charles Davis’ only daughter, Mary. When Davis died in 1759, James Lock inherited the company from his former master. The Lock family and James’ descendants still own and run the company today. As an anecdote, the company is responsible for the origin of the bowler.
